·         Responsible for planning, administering and reviewing the operations on a dry port terminal in order to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
·         Oversees the operation and maintenance of power generation and its  distribution, lifting equipment of terminal operations to ensure their safe, reliable, continuous efficient operation, and environmental compliant including the management of multiple supervisors in multiple operational areas

·         Ensures the implementation and enforcement of all company guidelines, policies, and procedures

·         Makes recommendations to management regarding changes to such guidelines, policies and procedures, as necessary to achieve target goals

·         Initiates and supports improvement plans for employees to succeed in their efforts to achieve the goals of the department and company

·         Reviews progress, directs changes in priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner

·         Participates in the selection/promotion of staff, salary change considerations, disciplinary matters, and conducts performance evaluations

·         Plan and participate in different plant installation, modification and maintenance activities i.e. preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, schedule, breakdown, shutdown & troubleshooting of electrical equipments, fault finding and troubleshooting.
·         Repair and maintains low and medium voltage systems including distribution system, emergency and critical load calculation, grounding procedure and lightning protection system.
·         Plant modification design review and implementation.
·         Study and review the contract documents & preparation of construction plan. Attend periodical meetings with contractors / client, reporting site progress and milestones.
·         Inventory control activities.
·         Participation in HAZOP and electrical system studies before execution.
·         Representing company/client for witnessing SAT and technical inspections on vendors.
·         Review of vendor documents and drawings including Quality Assurance Plans.
·         Obtaining quotations and supplier/subcontractor bids for electrical/instrument equipments and preparation of procurement inline with client requirement.

·         Plant Operation and Maintenance of 50MW Power Plant. 
·         Co-ordinate with Plant Manager for Routine and Schedule Maintenance jobs.

·         Planning, coordinating and executing the routine and scheduled maintenance jobs, Complete Instrumentation and Control System devices, different PLC’s of Analyzers, Incinerator, Re-boilers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fire & Gas Detection system, RO Plant, Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS).

·         Planning and preparing target schedules for Annual Turnaround (ATA), listing spares and consumables for routine/schedule maintenance and ATA.

·         Modifications in System.

·         O&M of 16MW Power Plant.
·         Formulate the preventive and routine maintenance schedules of plant equipments / instruments like HFO and LFO Gensets, Switches Gears, Relays, Switches, Controllers, Transmitters, PLC S-5 and S-7, WHRS, Compressors, R.O Plant and Cooling Towers
