User file backup and restore, Coordinate with vendors, Procurement of IT inventory in SAP. Manage inventory and Goods issue to the specific user or department. Outlook configuration, MS office related issues, Remote users support , Coordination with ISP if internet issues occurred from their end. Coordinates and work on fortnightly visit with Vendors of Printer/photocopier.
