· Developing weekly, monthly, and annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.
· Identifying the spare parts and consumables required for equipment maintenance. Creating material requisitions (MR) for annual spare part and consumable lists.
· Identifying equipment failures covered under warranty and initiating Warranty Defect Notifications (WDN) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.
· Educating team members on safe maintenance practices and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Proficient in PTW/LOTO (Permit to Work/Lockout-Tagout) systems.

COAL HANDLING PLANT:
· Responsible for inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems (Traveling, Luffing & slewing) of two bucket wheel stacker re-claimer, two re-claimer machines, Coal conveyor system(Motors and switch gears) and auxiliaries, coal diverters, Coal sampling system, Iron separators and coal dust removal system, Coal impeller feeder system and coal vibrating grate system.

Worked as an internee in department of Electrical and Instrumentation at Al-Noor Sugar Mills limited/MDF board division, Shahpur Jahania, District Naushahro feroze. The principal activities performed during my tenure are manufacturing sugar, medium density fiber (MDF) board, power generation.

• Performed new energy saving strategies; installation of LEDs, Inverter Type ACs for reducing overall monthly power consumption.
• Performed routine Inspections of electrical machines during their operation and also including (Thermal Testing, & Sound Testing etc)
• Visual Inspections of Distribution Boards (DBs) and to maintain daily log for voltage ratings and current ratings.
• Investigated defected areas of Plant for Maintenance.
