I am a professional Psychologist having proficiency in content development of psychometric tools (Intelligence Tests, Aptitude Tests, Leadership assessments, Preliminary analysis assessments - 360 Degree feedback from 4 P's, Behavioral and interests assessments).
I aim to describe behaviors and attempt to understand what is normal and acceptable and what is unhealthy. I explain human behavior through methods such as case studies, observation, surveys, and testing as well as quantitative and qualitative researches.
I use psychological techniques to assess biological, social and psychological factors that influence health and illness. Also interpret individuals' problem through the use of clinical assessment interview, case history, psychological tests, treatment and rehabilitation of clients.
