Job Description:
o Managing a team of up to 15-20 Sales executives including supporting on-call assistance, handling escalations and closing leads for international clients such as AT&T, Verizon, , Comcast, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, DirecTV, MediaCom, Charter Communication & HughesNet.
o Maintaining sales close rate of assigned campaign (Skill), meeting aggressive sales targets through efficiently managing the team helping identifying and improving each rep’s strengths and weaknesses.
o Handling all clerical aspects of the team including performance reviews and management of complex schedules to be in line with call volumes.
o Preparing reports for incentives for Work force Management team and preparing presentations and leading performance reviews for client & management conference calls.
o Been assigned as core team member in initiating new projects (ABB, PEQ) involving training sessions with clients, understanding expectations and background activity and supporting implementation and training & development teams for successful implementation of international projects
o Escalating technical problems and system glitch, confirming Errors at local end or client’s end and having them fixed in order to minimize performance impact
