•       Support the daily management and supervision of staff engaged in relevant activities, providing training on teaching methodologies and technical assistance, assigning duties and giving feedback to staff members on their performance on a regular basis.
•       Ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant communications with program beneficiaries by monitoring Cultural Orientation (CO) classes, reviewing curriculums, providing feedback, and addressing issues.
•       Organize and monitor the delivery of CO classes, ensuring timely and high-rate delivery.
•       Regularly update Resettlement Support Centre (RSC) Latin America (LA) guidance with colleagues from across the region, ensuring staff are fully trained on curriculum and country-of-resettlement updates.
•       Collaborate with RSC LA counterparts and stakeholders on the delivery of US CO and ensure compliance with program rules and guidelines.

•       Provide interpretation services during pre-screening interviews for refugees and Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) applicants with IOM case workers. Assist during refugee interviews with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) officers, and during interviews of SIV applicants with consular officers. Additionally, support interpretation during cultural orientation sessions.
•       Escort beneficiaries to interviews and assist with roll call interpretation.
•       Facilitate communication between UN staff, refugee applicants, and US officers.
•       Interpret for Afghan evacuees during activities and appointments.
•       Maintain document accuracy and compliance.
•       Translate documents between English and Dari/Pashto.
•       Provide translation support and proofread documents.

•       Development of community outreach and awareness-raising activities
•       Conduct awareness raising sessions on safe and informed migration at universities, educational institutes and at the community level for potential outgoing migrants.
•       Build partnerships with universities, vocational centers, and NGOs for community outreach.
•       Development of key messages, visibility and outreach materials regarding safe migration
•       Hold pre-departure orientation sessions for the outgoing migrants at the Protectorate of Emigrants (POE).
•       Develop descriptive texts and other contents for social media accounts of the MRC including designing and layouts of posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and newsletters etc.
•       Manage and update the content on the MRC Pakistan website.
•       Translation of key messages and content from English into Pashto/Urdu and vice versa.
•       Develop and execute communication campaigns for the project.
•       Support, propose pathways to implement new initiatives with respect to outreach, awareness-raising, visibility, networking and trust-building.
•       Develop a results-based implementation work plan for the Migrant Resource Centre in Islamabad.

·       Together with DRR specialist, conduct interviews of national level electronic media and
insurance company, and advise the perception survey Research Assistants in interviewing
representatives of the media (electronic & print) and insurance companies in all the provinces
including GB and AJ&K.
·       Together with DRR specialist, carry out the stakeholder consultations at federal level for baseline data collection, support the training of Provincial Research Assistants and drafting of pilot report based on federal level consultations.
·       Advise the perception survey district field teams for data collection on print and electronic
media at district level.
·       Ensure all communication and media related data is interlinked and mainstreamed effectively.
