Coordinating with HR Director and HR manager to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments of the company or clients (Local & Global) specially MENA region. • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. • Determining selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and technical team. • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. • Sourcing applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, HR Ways, and other professional networks. • Identifying and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates. • Preparing Talent Management and Recruitment Dashboard on Power BI for assisting senior management in planning and decision making. • Assisting senior management in workforce planning • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. • Assessing candidates’ information, including Resume, Portfolios, and References. • Preparing the HR policies and procedures manuals for the clients (Local/Global) • Carrying out end-to-end recruitment process through Web HR. • Supporting business strategies and develop action plans. • Resolving employee issues and conducting thorough investigations where required.
Consults with HR leaders, business and HRBPs on position descriptions, requisition & compensation • Acquire talent by different sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Job Ads/Head Hunting/Employee referral/Agencies/Career Site/etc). • Updating pipeline/talent pool of candidates proactively to support prompt business needs with cost affective and quality resource. • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities on Success Factor such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates. • Perform bulk hiring of Technical/Non-technical positions though creating and conducting pre-employment online tests on Talview. • Perform negotiations, documents validation, background & references screenings, interview evaluation and input from business and HRBPs. • Manage and update the TA tracker monthly with the updated stage and TAT. • Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, social networks, etc • Monitor and perform hiring from OJPs (Internal Job postings) and Employee referral programs to have the efficient internal potential from business. • Create offer approvals and offer letters as per the given position budget. • Ensure the timely onboarding of the candidates. • Coordinate with HRBP workforce planning and conduct regular review of workforce requirements of whole cluster. • Maintain relations with the business to have the close understandings of the need of potential business requires • Work in partnership with line managers to develop recruitment plans and advise on the advertising and selection process and tools, conducting long-listing and short-listing of CV’s and participating in interview panels • Perform analysis, Attendance, leaves, and OT analysis on commercial departments with respect to cost minimization and productivity. • Facilitate the operationalization of the performance management cycle, including talent reviews, nominations for promotion and development initiatives, and regularly communicate with all staff in on performance management related matters. • Undertake Review departmental performances with HRBP with respect to KPI’s and performance goals (Quarterly/Monthly/Yearly) initiate changes where required • Organize staff training sessions, orientation, workshops, and activities as and when necessary and in line with organizational needs • Ensure Mid-year and Annual Performance Assessment (APA) on portal to maintain the smooth coherence between employee and managers.
