As a Meal Assistant, I engage in daily field visits alongside my team, during which we visit various villages and outpatient therapeutic program (OTP) sites to assess the quantity of severely acute malnourished (SAM) children enrolled in a day. Upon concluding my fieldwork, I compile a report, which I subsequently share with the district manager and District Program Officer (DPO). I also identify any gaps observed during these field visits and communicate them to the DPO, facilitating necessary actions to address these gaps.

Regular field visits with team to assess schools and build strong professional linkages on behalf of IRC with teachers.
Work as lead trainer to conduct school based trainings of male and female teachers from the targeted schools on basic safety tips and self-protection in pre, during and post disaster scenarios such as floods and fire.
To take lead in formation of 20 School Emergency Response Team (SERT) in High/ Middle (Boys & girls) school and ensure 60 participation of students, 30 teachers, and 10 support staff in each SERT.
Conduct 20 Trainings of SERT members on life saving skills such as Search & Rescue, First Aid, and Fire safety in each school. Evacuation drills and simulation exercises will also be conducted at the end of training to give a practical understanding and direct experience with school based responses to hazards.
Prepare and submit narrative report of each activity.
Prepare and submit database of trained teachers and students on SBDRM.

Debrief the district level COMnet staff on the findings and raise key follow up points to take immidiate action on weekly basis.
Responsible to share the findings on action sheet with the respect COMnet staff to ensure necessary course correction.
Responsible to ensure that the key actions points raised as implemeted by the respectively COMnet teams.
Participate in different meetings and trainings done by district and UC polio management team to ensure the participation and role of COMnet staff on these forum
