Regular field visits with team to assess schools and build strong professional linkages on behalf of IRC with teachers.
Work as lead trainer to conduct school based trainings of male and female teachers from the targeted schools on basic safety tips and self-protection in pre, during and post disaster scenarios such as floods and fire.
To take lead in formation of 20 School Emergency Response Team (SERT) in High/ Middle (Boys & girls) school and ensure 60 participation of students, 30 teachers, and 10 support staff in each SERT.
Conduct 20 Trainings of SERT members on life saving skills such as Search & Rescue, First Aid, and Fire safety in each school. Evacuation drills and simulation exercises will also be conducted at the end of training to give a practical understanding and direct experience with school based responses to hazards.

Debrief the district level COMnet staff on the findings and raise key follow up points to take immidiate action on weekly basis.
Responsible to share the findings on action sheet with the respect COMnet staff to ensure necessary course correction.
