She has more than 8 years gained wide experience in community development, program and project management, planning, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and community mobilization. She also has good experience in organization training for rural women. Saima has passion to work hard for women empowerment through building their capacities in life skills and vocational skills and raising voice for their rights, Ms. Saima has rural as well as urban background that supports her to understand rural and urban social issues and dynamics in depth. She is a good mediator, better service deliverer, good communicator and obtained strong motivational capabilities. She is young energetic, and carrying very much determinant Personality, she is very anxious for getting positive results from her work done as she does great efforts for accomplishing that working restlessly. · Ensure the CMAM and IYCF programs implemented in the field staff including CHWs and CHSs as per the project proposal and project work plan.
· Ensure all the components of the project activities are carried out as per national guidelines and with high quality standard.
· Guide field staff to timely prepare weekly and monthly plan towards accomplishment of the targets accordingly.
· Conduct regular monitoring visits to OTP Sites at Union Councils and also to villages to assess the implementation status of projects activities towards achieving the project objectives in an efficient way.
· Use the standard monitoring/ supervision tools in order to accomplish nutrition activities in standardized way.
· Ensure that the staff under his/her supervision is at their work place and performing their duties responsibly during working hours.
· Check the selection criteria of CHW as per standard protocol.
· Verify the activities performed by CHWs at field level
· Meeting with the members of Mother/ Father Support Groups to verify the sessions conducted by CHWs with them.
· Ensure timely requisition and timely arrival of supplies and monitor proper distribution in field.
