As a Junior Research Manager, I have extensive professional experience in monitoring child labor project (CLS) in Pakistan, where I have developed a range of skills related to data collection, analysis, and reporting. I design and test survey tools using SurveyCTO to ensure that the questionnaires are error-free prior to collecting data. During fields, I closely monitor project progress to ensure the data is accurately collected by survey teams, while also providing debriefing sessions to discuss errors with enumerators to resolve problems faced by them during interviews. To keep relevant departments informed about survey progress, I create data quality assurance reports to discuss any issues or errors that were identified and addressed during the field. Moreover, I transcribed audio transcripts of Key Informant Interviews (KII's) in two significant projects - the "Process Evaluation of the UNICEF Multisector Integrated Programme for Improved Nutrition in Urban Slums Bangladesh" and the "SPPAP". Additionally, in my work experience I have acquired skills in evaluating household survey data using statistical software such as R and Stata, as well as data cleaning and coding to ensure accuracy and reliability in analyses.
