Responsibilities:

Assist Security Manager for the smooth operations of Security and surveillance of the Orient Group branches & factory.
Assist Safety Manager for smooth safety and compliance operation of the Orient Group of Companies.
Manage & maintain CCTV Control Room and branch surveillance System.
Maintain CCTV logbook.
Responsible for the Orient Group Branches Security (Third Party).
Working as coordinator.
Prepare the budget for the Control Room & branches CCTV system.
Monitoring and operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room.
Managing associated alarms and call monitoring.
Prepare the budget for the security department.
Prepare SOPs for security & CCTV surveillance.
Prepare SOPs for weapon handling.
Keep up-to-date records of firefighting equipment.

Responsibilities:

Managed safety and security of the mills.
Monitoring CCTV cameras. Maintain CCTV Control room record & duty schedule.
Assign posts to the security guards.
Patrolling the area and observe abnormalities.
Maintain duty roster of security guards.
Conduct training of new hiring of safety & security staff.
Conduct firefighting training.

Maintain record of finished goods.
Maintain record of raw material and INWARD/ OUTWARD gate passes.
Liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies (L.E.A).
Ensure the safety and security of people and property within public areas and other facilities via surveillance of the CCTV network.

Responsible for the smooth security operation of 385 VIP Villas residential complex.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
Review reports on incidents and breaches.
Investigate and resolve issues.

Monitoring of CCTV cameras.
Monitor surveillance cameras and walk around the building.

Scheduling the work and duties of individual security guards.
Supervision of a team of security personnel.
Supervision of non management staff e.g janitorial staff, drivers, peons and guardeners.
Ensuring security team is offering courteous services to all tenants.

Providing leadership, guidance and support to security staff.
Prepared incident and accident report.
Keep firefighting equipment up to date.
Resolve tenants conflict and issues.
Solve tenants complaints in a diplomatic way.
