 PreparationoftheWeeklySummaryReporttotheClientandHeadOffice.
 EnsuringallincomingmaterialsareinspectedandasperapprovedMaterialApprovalRequest(MAR's)
andstoredproperlyasrecommended.
 Monitoringnon-conformance'sreport(NCR's)andfollowingupwithSiteTeamforcloseout.
 Ensuringpreventiveandcorrectiveactionsaretakentoavoidreoccurrenceonsuchnon-
conformances.
 RaisingInternalNonConformanceReports(NCR's)whenactivitiesdeviatefromthecontract
specificationsornormalconstructionindustrypractices.
 CoordinatingwiththeSiteIndependentTestingLaboratoryinconductingtestsandtodocumentand
submitthemforClient'sreviewandapproval.
 AttendingtheweeklyQCmeetings.
 AttendingInternal&ThirdPartyAuditwithQCManager&SeniorManagement.
 PreparingWeeklyandMonthlyProgressReports.

 Organize,implement,conductandmanagetheQA/QCProgramsaspertheCompany'sQualityPolicy.
 Coordinatethedocumentcontrolsoftechnicalsubmittals,drawings,etc.
 Coordinateallinspections;monitortherequiredtestsandrecordinspectionsandtestsmadepassthe
ContractPlanandContractSpecifications.
 LiaisewiththeClient'srepresentativesfortheconductofday-to-dayqualityrelatedprojectactivities.
 ProvidetechnicalsupporttotheProjectManagerandguidancetositestaffinsubmissionof
materialsforapproval,requestforinspection,shopdrawings.
 AssistQA/QCManagerinconductinginternalqualityaudits.
 EnsurethatNon-ConformanceReport(NCR)areraisedoncetheactivitiesdeviatedfromtheContract
Specificationsornormalconstructionindustrypractices.
 Coordinatewiththeprojectstafftocompileandmaintainsuitablerecordsofinspectionand
testinguntilendofthecontractandallsuitablerecordsforretentiononcompletionoftheproject.
 AttendMonthlyProjectReviewMeetings(PRM)andalerttheprojectteamofanypotentialproblems.

 Supervisionofthesiteworksasperthedrawingsandprojectspecifications.
 Arrangementofmaterials,workers,etc...
 Coordinationwithsub-contractorsforthesmoothflowofwork.
