Complains Resolution of ATM Card, VISA Debit Cards with the help of reading ATM Transaction Logs.
Support to all Application of Alternate Delivery Channel like ATMs, I-Journal, ICAM, I Watch and CRM software and it’s reporting
Troubleshooting, first level support to Phone Banking, Internet Banking and ATM Card Problems.
