 Responsible for the smooth operation, periodic inspection, troubleshooting and condition based monitoring &
maintenance of complete plant.
 Providing full support to production departments for maintenance activities
 Responsible for preparing Annual Budget for department.
 Responsible for maintaining all records of departmental activities.
 Attending inter-departmental meetings for the analysis of Downtime reports and focusing on the utilization of time effectively in production by reducing Downtime.
 Responsible for statistical data analyses of equipment.
 Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily maintenance and repairing activities.
 Lead & guide Electrical, Mechanical & Instrument Teams.
 Hold regular status meetings with project team and superiors.
 Costing, budgeting and purchasing of machinery and equipment by making a comparative analysis of quotations and negotiation with suppliers/vendors.
 Responsible for planning & execution of Shutdown activities, Preventive Maintenance Planes & other Activities.
 Electronics, Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of the faults.
 Responsibility for Preventive & Break down Maintenance through SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
 Managing all the local spares and ordering spares.
 Making all the LPRS for local spares and all the ordering for spares of all the machines.
 PLC programming & troubleshooting.
 Implementation of PM activities and Plans.
 Implementation and practicing of 5S.
 Dealing with Electrical Contractors for different wiring, cabling, ducting projects.

• To perform & manage routine maintenance of Power Generation , Sub-Stations, CNC and PLC controllers, Tube Making
Machine, Press Machines & Baking Oven.
• To prepare & implement semi-annual schedules of Preventive Maintenance of all machines in AEL facility& implement it as per
Plan in co-ordination with Production department.
• Manage the schedules and proper backup of drawings, user manual s and programs to reduce machine downtime in order to
efficiently and smoothly pursue production.
• Troubleshooting expertise in electrical/electronic faults of PLC based, VFD, CNC machines through electrical control drawings
and user manual.
• Manage inventory on SAP for corrective and preventive maintenance of Atlas Engineering CNC/PLC machine as well as Atlas
Autos machine.
• Manage physical Audit of Plant maintenance store inventory and keep it in record’s.
• Machine breakdown analysis (find out Root Cause, analyse, Repair Step, do Micro analysis, do Macro analysis) to minimize
MTTR and improve MTBF.
• Take countermeasure and apply PDCA cycle on countermeasure.
• Planning and implementation of Predictive and Preventive maintenance to avoid machine breakdowns.
• Planning and Executing Departmental Capital Expenditure Budget for new modifications, repair and maintenance.
• Carrying out safety audits and job hazard analysis for Industrial safety and its compliance.
• Assist in Maintenance and Trouble-shooting of various field instrumentation and Control System.
• System Enhancement through Project planning and implementation.
