Currently I am working as Plant Head with Lacto Bake and is responsible for installation of New Plant for producing Butter, Topping & UHT Cream, Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese. 



In my last responsibility with Youngs Food-Dairy Life as Plant Manager three new Plants were installed under my supervision we initiated production from Cheese Plant in which we produced Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese along with Fresh Milk under the brand Dairy life. 2nd Plant installed which produced  Butter which is available in 100 & 200 gram packaging lastly 3rd Plant installed will produce Whipping Cream.



Brief about my areas of specialization



All installation related to production of Juices, Beverages & Dairy.
All types of Ingredients & Flavors related to Juices, Nectar,  Syntactic Juices &  Pulping, preservatives of beverages, Dairy production flavored milk UHT milk & UHT cream.
Different types of Septic Plant installation, Bottle filling plants, packaging plants of , butter , butter oil, yoghurt ,cheese, dry milk powder, full cream milk powder.
Hand on experience with Chemical Sodium Hydro Oxide NAOH, membrane vertical horizontal DCS & PLC, Brine, Sodium Hypo Chloride  Bleaching Lye ,Detergent, Liquid Soap.
