C Act as Deputy Manager in SGP & ISO Audits (9001,14001, 18001)
C Perform Job Safety Risk Assessment, Environmental aspect & impact Study & Job Safety Analysis
C Inspection the working site as per HSE Guidelines & Issue Work Permits related to different tasks (Hot wok, Work at height, Confined space, Cold Work, LOTO)
C Conduct trainings of all sectional Employees, workers & Engineers on HSE Modules as Incident Management, Machine Safeguarding, Material Handling, Work at height, Chemical Spillage response, emergency evacuation procedures, job & work place hazards awareness, firefighting, first aid, Fork lifter Safety & Electrical Safety etc.
C Inspection of Fire fighting Equipments as Fire Extinguishers, Fire Monitor, Fire trolleys, Smoke Detectors, Manual Call Points & Fire Fighting pump.
C Perform GAP Analysis & Prepare for second party audits & SGP Audits
C Liaising with other departments to push them to develop functional objectives with their management programs as per the requirement of integrated management system
C Inspection of all air vessels as per HSE Guidelines as PSVs, Gauges & Operational Capacity.
C Highlighting the hazards on daily basis in snapshot petrol related to electrical, machine safeguarding, all unsafe acts & Conditions
C Prepare documentation for the ISO as Incident reports, Corrective actions, Issuance of PPEs, Inspection checklist, Emergency Evacuation Drill records etc.
