Coordinating with all Schools/Institutes and UMOs in operational /administrative requirement and fulfil the compliance of each tasks requested by the concern department.
Key Responsibilities are:
Creating/maintaining master index of electronic documents/files
Maintaining in/out mail or “acknowledgement register” with status
Improving office ambiance and appearance
Receiving all mails, and put up to Principal Secretary for action
Preparing Dispatches In/Out and distribution to all faculties and UMOs.
Allocation of Assets as per requirement of all departments.
