Managing International chains all operational and decision making issues i.e. Metro, Hyperstar nationally

Implementing Trade Schemes and Strategies
Assigning and finalizing targets in designated territory

Managing Inventory Planning as per the targets
Reconcile the month end closing sales agreed Demand estimates.
Responsible to ensure inventory levels on international chains as per the company policy on daily basis.
