Regular monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
Close coordination with the MIS and Program team to verify the data quality, data management, tracking tools, and data synthesis in line with performance indicators.
Developing and implementing advocacy strategies and plans in collaboration with other team members to achieve the organization\'s goals and objectives.
 Act as a primary liaison between organization and other administrative, government line department and community stakeholders.
Provide field based M&E support and technical inputs to field teams during field visits.

Ensure effectiveness of project activities on weekly/ monthly basis and submit weekly/ monthly, Progress reports as per set indicators and targets of project to Program Manager in Head office.
 Arrange orientation sessions internally and externally for religious scholar, journalists, social activists, youth committee, community stakeholders and education institutions.
 Regular attend monthly progress review meeting at district level with relevant stakeholders.
 Coordination Meetings with District administration, Education department and other Military authorities for conducting communication sessions and First Aid trainings.

•Conducting meeting with District Disaster Response Team/Branch Disaster Response Team/Communication Focal Points/General volunteers on quarterly bases as well as need bases.

• Introduce organization to the local community, volunteers and other important stakeholders.

• Carry out field related project activities.

• Maintaining good relations with volunteers, communities, notables, local Administration and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required.

• Mobilize local communities towards Project activities.
• Maintenance of DP stock.

• Need assessment, identification of beneficiaries and distribution of project inputs.

• Consolidating the distribution/assessment data and finalizing the distribution list.

• Design and execute DRM initiatives to enhance community resilience.

• Organize training and workshops for communities and local authorities on DRM practices.

• Promote the use of early warning systems and disaster preparedness tools.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DRM initiatives prepare reports and use data to improve project outcomes.

• Provide technical support during disaster response, including rapid needs assessments and coordination

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify risks and vulnerabilities of the targeted communities.

• Develop and implement DRR strategies, action plans, and initiatives as per identified risks and vulnerabilities of the targeted communities and align with national and international frameworks.

• Design and deliver community-based DRR training, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Support the integration of DRR into MAP’s project and construction of SMART houses project planning.

• Train and build the capacity of local communities, Village Committees (VCs), field teams and government officials on DRR concepts, tools, and practices.

• Facilitate the establishment and strengthening of Emergency Response Team (ERT) at community, UC and District Level.

• Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project  activities.
• Identification of risk and issues and then concern to supervisor to design a plan for their mitigation. 
• organize community meetings, through engaging with relevant community elders to ensure that community members and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project goals and objectives .
• Maintain accurate and up to date records and data related to all victims and assist and implement any emergency contingency plans .  
• Conduct awareness sessions in targeted communities regarding risk awareness 
• Create linkages between the communities and the project, the local government and the relevant departments for project implementation.
• Engaging community members in various project related activities ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required.
• Meetings with stakeholders for awareness regarding CBRE/VA.(Community Base Risk Education &Victim Assistance ).
• Data collection of victims from the field and then maintain in data base on weekly and monthly bases 
• Reporting to office on daily bases about handicap peoples and sends them to PIPOS hospital.
