Regular monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
Close coordination with the MIS and Program team to verify the data quality, data management, tracking tools, and data synthesis in line with performance indicators.
Developing and implementing advocacy strategies and plans in collaboration with other team members to achieve the organization\'s goals and objectives.
 Act as a primary liaison between organization and other administrative, government line department and community stakeholders.
Provide field based M&E support and technical inputs to field teams during field visits.
Evaluate performance of field team and generate reports to build capacity of field staff accordingly.
Assist program manager to respond to the partners request in a timely manner.
 Liaison with administration and program partners on weekly and monthly bases.
Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders and building strategic partnerships to advance the organizations advocacy agenda.
 Close coordination and liaison with District administration, line departments INGOs, PDMA, BDS (Bomb Disposal Squared), security agencies and government elected representative at district level.
Assist in tracking progress against targets, analyze data sets and make recommendations for enhanced program planning, coordination and management of the project.
Ensure timely data collection with the help of a Management Information System (MIS) and suggest improvements and additional features to be incorporated in the MIS for effective and efficient data collection.
Ensure effectiveness of project activities on weekly/ monthly basis and submit weekly/ monthly, Progress reports as per set indicators and targets of project to Program Manager in Head office.
 Arrange orientation sessions internally and externally for religious scholar, journalists, social activists, youth committee, community stakeholders and education institutions.
 Regular attend monthly progress review meeting at district level with relevant stakeholders.
 Coordination Meetings with District administration, Education department and other Military authorities for conducting communication sessions and First Aid trainings.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with government officials, civil society organizations, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure their support for the organization\'s advocacy efforts.

• Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify hazards, vulnerabilities, and risks in disaster-prone areas. Use this information to develop appropriate interventions and strategies.• Assist Program Manager in developing strategies to ensure community engagement and participation in DRR activities. • In case of disaster, provide support during emergencies and disasters, including the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.• Support field teams in Implementation of DRR related activities and mobilize local communities towards Project activities.• Lead the development and implementation of climate smart and climate adaptation interventions in different tehsil of the district.• Maintain ongoing surveillance of the developing humanitarian emergency and recovery situation and adjust activities accordingly at district level.• Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with other NGO’s, local government, and donors, and other principle stakeholders including the law enforcement agencies.• Ensure that different sectoral activities of DRR are implemented in a coordinated and cohesive manner.• Create the conditions to ensure effective teamwork, team building and morale.• Ensure all project staff understand and carry out their duties in accordance with humanitarian principles, core values, and DRR principles• Conduct performance appraisals of project staff and ensure regular feedback and mentoring on individual performance;• Create a strong network with government line departments and stakeholders for climate adaptation efforts.• 

• Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project  activities.
• Identification of risk and issues and then concern to supervisor to design a plan for their mitigation. 
• organize community meetings, through engaging with relevant community elders to ensure that community members and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project goals and objectives .
• Maintain accurate and up to date records and data related to all victims and assist and implement any emergency contingency plans .  
• Conduct awareness sessions in targeted communities regarding risk awareness 
• Create linkages between the communities and the project, the local government and the relevant departments for project implementation.
• Engaging community members in various project related activities ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner.
• Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required.
• Meetings with stakeholders for awareness regarding CBRE/VA.(Community Base Risk Education &Victim Assistance ).
• Data collection of victims from the field and then maintain in data base on weekly and monthly bases 
• Reporting to office on daily bases about handicap peoples and sends them to PIPOS hospital.
