Report to Senior Merchandiser & GM Operation.
Purchasing fabric, trims and all accessories.
Production development manual item wise.
Daily follow up about production and solve all type issue in production.
Costing product wise.
Retail price product wise.
Product knowledge and then guide to sales staff about product.
Reconciliation all product after finish product from production.
I have good knowledge about quality point of view.
Communicate with production department to make available fabric samples.
Responsible for dispatching fabric samples to buyers.
Make follow-ups on all accessories from production to shipment.
Production plan before season coordinate with product manager.
Throw order to all consult factories and coordination with all factories.
Mange all accounts & deal to buyer.
Develop customer contacts, provide service to all customers for the location as needed, write contracts, and execute any transaction activity.
Manage owned inventory by maintaining in stocks, ordering merchandise, and monitoring overstocks.
Mange all emergency situation in good style.
Make follow-ups on Fabric & Material Development from Planning department / Vendors.
Look after complete production, coordinating from design approval till final packing.
Coordinate with R&D department for samples.
Make approvals from designers on new designs.
Deeply monitors material use in samples for upcoming shipments.
Make BOM, Routing and Production Order.
