As a Field Supervisor, (TUUPDL) Programme Officer, Project Supervisor at (Right To Play International) Field Officer, Master Trainer & District Project Officer at Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) & as a Markaz Coordinator Government of Pakistan (National Commission for Human Development).
I have achieved excellence in my academics from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Sindh, by getting MPA degree in HRM in 2008 by securing 3.1CGPA. My MPA degree it is being recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) as Post Graduation Degree (PGD). I did my Honors degree in Public Administration (BPA) specializing in Human resources and cleared by all courses with distinction by securing 2.4 CGPA (68%) .

• Prepare the district work plan in consultation of the field teams.
• Provide overall technical support to the field teams during project implementation.
• Provide logistic/technical support to the field teams and facilitate them with transport and other relevant material
• Ensure that all the teams are fully equipped with visibility material during the project implementation
• Provide monitoring support to the field teams so that quality of the work may be ensured and provide on the job guidance to fill gaps in implementation
• Responsible for the day to day reporting to the Project team leader.

• Develop monthly and annual training schedules for Coaches/Leaders in the assigned Community
• Identify community needs and ensure that plans for Right To Play activities and training are aligned
• in collaboration with the Hub Coordinator, submit monthly financial reports
• Support the Hub Coordinator to ensure: implementation of Memorandum of
Understanding and agreements with local representation of Government, UN Agencies and Partner Organizations.
• Support the Hub Coordinator to ensure partners are in compliance with Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy
• Share all project related activities and information of stakeholders with the Hub Coordinator.
• Provide a weekly project brief to the Hub Coordinator& P Coordinator.

Provide human resources information base through proper maintenance of HRIS, Assist in developing reviewing and effective implementation of personnel policies, procedure and systems.
• Maintenance of personnel records of all employees and consultants, regular consolidating /updating of HRIS, database and required reports / data for management.
• Ensure that all employees and consultants are working under current contracts.
• Ensure that approved job descriptions are providing to new employees.
• Manage employee’s performance evaluation system.

• Enrollment in all grads or as defined by the DPM.
• Student attendance in the above grads

• Verifies salaries feeder school teachers.
• Timely Submission of budget of HDSU.
• Timely local purchasing.
• Prepare fuel consumption.
• Timely disbursement of funds for programs at HDSU.
