DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for storing of the received items in a proper and logical order.
Responsible for the issuance of store items against duly singed material requisitions posting in the Oracle system (inventory control system) for updating the records.
Responsible for doing regular inventories to ensure the correctness of the stock in hand.
Responsible to raise the P.R (Purchase Requests) for the required items.
Responsible for updating the store reminders for outstanding balances and doing follow up with the procurement department for the supply of items.
Responsible for maintaining the stock levels which were finalized after consultation with the de-partment head.
Responsible for checking the stores for sanitation and proper stacking of items.
Responsible for proper filing of relevant documents.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list clarifying unclear items recommending alternatives.
Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock scheduling delivery.
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers monitoring and expediting orders.
Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered resolves shipments in er-ror with suppliers.
Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing da-ta and trends.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedules all inbound deliveries ensures purchase order number is on all paperwork.
Receives product deliveries.
Maintains fuel/oil delivery records for cheese plant
Records and checks quantity and quality of good received.
Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments.
Communicates and coordinates with appropriate buyer for product returns/repair.
Properly inputs received material into computer system and forwards proper documentation to accounts payable.
Delivers product to appropriate personnel insures all pathways are kept clear.
