Providing Assistance to our guest out class service that they will remember us.
* Attending guest rooms issues related to Rooms facilities
Minibar, Lighting, Air conditioning,minor Masoneries, painting, polishing, carpentry issues, assabloy door lock
* March 2023, participated in Pool Tiles Grouting project, as well as floor color painting.
* Resolving Guest complaints and requests,
Responding,resolving the issues within the time frame, and make them feel happy during stay.
* Monitoring domestic water tanks level as well as chiller operation status.
* supporting floor grouting during Summer maintenance time.
* Supporting Contractors for their Monthly / quatrely PPMs

Duties and responsibilities :
Guest assistance ,requests handling.
Prior Dubai Municipality inspections,:
Got ready documents of hotel engineering after physical inspectioing the sites.
Resolving the issue if any along with team.
Attending Guest maintenance requests Such as lighting ,driver replacement , plumbing items issues, Fan coil units function , maintenance and Minor carpentry work.

Monitoring Fire pump panels and reporting and resolving.
