With over Fifteen years of work experience in various social sector projects I am mid carrier level professional. I have completed my master level university degree in Pakistan Studies along with 2nd master degree in Pashto language. Currently I am working In Z.M.K. Co as Communication Support officer, providing support in social mobilization and leading social mobilization team for Polio Eradication. Prior to this I have work experience as Communication Support Officer Z.M.K. & Co, People (Professional Employer Pvt.Ltd) and CTC, As Protection Officer at IRC, as Field Monitor with Consortium of IRC, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and ISCOS (We have evaluated and monitored legal aid provided by Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) to Afghan Refugees across the KP then NWFP. I have worked as food and Shelter distributer with International Rescue Committee (IRC) at earthquake affected area. Additionally, as a team member I have also performed duties with IRC in their UNICEF funded project on Education Mobilization.
Keeping the aforementioned brief tasks before me in different multi disciplinary organisation, I have gained expertise in monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessments, Disaster Management and Emergency Planning.
· Supervised social mobilization team at the union council level. This also included the arrangement and imparting of training & orientation programs to SMs.
· Developed & implemented communication and outreach strategy focusing on project outcomes, and objectives.
· Reviewed the project-related information on the Polio info website regularly, drafted content provided support for website updating and ensured consistency of the material.
· Identified NGOs and civil society organizations (CSOs) that can conduct social mobilization activities at the community level and conduct resource mapping.
· Organized Training for AICs on IPC and social mobilization at the UC Level since Nov 2011.
· Supported and Facilitated 12 TOTs organized by a Third Party for AICs at the District Level.

i. As protection office my primarily responsibilities included IDP protection in Kacha Garhi camp/Jalozai Camp/ Jalala camp, Kohat and in return area of Swat and Dir.
ii. Worked in close collaboration of UN agencies; Govt. authorities and relevant stakeholders to make sure that IDP’s rights are fully protected under national and international laws.
iii. Collection of information relating to protection issues in IDP camps.
iv. Attended meetings/seminars hosted by other NGOs and UN agencies that address protection and human rights issues in IDP camps.
v. Drafted of reports detailing protection problems, and efforts to mitigate or eliminating them.
