Rousch Power Plant is highly technologically advanced Power plant where all controls are authorized through instrumentation and precise control through control unit. It uses combined cycle power plant technology, which is highly efficient and environment friendly as well as saving a lot of energy by using such viable technology. Control system provides all key plant information, trending, operating commands, alarms, plant history and protections at operators’ desks in control room enabling engineers and operators to control all plant operations from central control room.

Teaching numerical analysis to students, assertive, communicative and collaborating with my students and other staff working in college was a great experience for me. It was real challenging to teach a subject which is quite complicated.

- Survey of Thermal Power Plant, Demineralization Plant, Boiler, SCADA System, Steam Turbine, Generators & diesel engines, etc. at Pakistan Ordinance Factories.
- Fabrication Shops having wide scope of different machines such as Hydraulic Rolling Machines, Shearing Machines, Radial Type Drilling Machines, Spot Welding Machines, Fly press and Hand press and others.
- Transport Shop where core knowledge of Engine specifications and working of pistons, shafts, connecting rods, Fuel injector in petrol and diesel engine was provided.
- Process Planning in one of the large industry of Pakistan
- Medium Artillery Ammunition and their product manufacturing
- Manufacturing phases of Brass Cartridges
- Drawing, Annealing, Indentation, Tapering, Mouth Boring and Inspection of different manufactured parts.
- Working of Numeric Control and Computerized Numerical Control machines and their G&M codes.
