Develop quarterly & monthly work plans for ORWs(Field Staff) and their activities, including work plans based on identifying hot spots, high-risk individuals, and appropriate Implementation of Project activities & Supervision & Tracking progress of ORWs in accordance with the work plans. Coordination and develop better linkages with Stake holders and Line health department. Utilization of Project resources as per guidelines of the Donor, develop monthly summary sheets for Outreach work and services provided to clients, Regular visits with team members build and maintain relationships with communities, including their leaders (Gurus). Assess ORW capacities and strengthen them to enable ORWs (Field Staff) to perform outreach activities, Regularly monitored field activities and develop reports accordingly, Ensure and keep accurate records of stocks being issued to, and distributed by, ORWs (Field Staff) ,Ensure regular reporting of field activities and progress to CBO Manager , Ensure client/services data is provided daily to DEO for entry, Ensure key populations are aware of services being provided at the DIC. Coordination of DIC activities to support clients at DICs and enhance their access to service. Support and coordinate various group meetings and activities at the DIC. Under supervision of CBO Manager/M&E, develop and use contextual IEC material and activities to spread, Awareness in communities regarding HIV, including its prevention and treatment. These should include both preventive as well treatment-related activities for (PLHIVs). Documentation of all activities at field level as well as at office level, update and regularly supervision of HIV testing Kits and STI medicines. Check the maintenance of store room temperature on daily basis. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management, desk verification of ORWs data from the field. Prepare/review activity reports as per agreed guide lines as per timelines

·  Actively participate in a continuous process of in-depth review of the concept papers and proposal documents of the UNHCR funded education project “Enhancing Access to Quality Education” along with other professional development team members.
·   Play active role in Identifying areas for professional development through formal and informal need assessment of the staff associated with the project in line with the desired results, outcomes and outputs in the concept papers and proposal documents of the project.
·  Support the professional development team in developing training module and plan for professional development sessions with the project staff in line with the Identify areas for professional development.
 Provided all logistic facilitation inculding the boarding & lodging of the Participants.
·  Facilitate the professional development team in conducting sessions for professional development with the project staff in line with the plan and identified areas for professional development.
·   Paly active role in coordination and liaison with the Directorate of Professional Development – DPD KP for training of teachers and develop shared understanding with the team members to recommend contents for raining relevant to classroom practices of the refugee village schools. 

Preparation of detail implementation Plan provides assistive devices to the identified men and women both to Afghan refugees and the host communities. Coordination and built linkages with Govt, and Afghan refugees Commissionerate to support old people with disability above 60yeas of age both Gender Men & women, who neglected previously to facilitate them with Assistive devices that they can lead their lives with dignity in entire society and promote social cohesion among afghan and host communities. Coordinate and contribute to preparation of program/project regular and specific. Engaged local partners for identification of older people with disabilities for provision of Assistive Devices. Narrative reports, as per WHO requirements; including overseeing compilation of briefings and background information required by senior management. Organize coordination meetings with Govt & afghan Commissionerate officials at Office and Camp level. Support National Program Manager and Program Development Officer in developing new projects and proposals.Provided trainings to the Govt; officials and Afghan communities on the effective use of assistive devices provided them, Identifying new opportunities for funding, writing/coordinating concept notes writing/coordinating proposals, and other follow up as per organization requirement. Conduct survey in the refugee’s camps along with host communities to identify the older people facing disability and facing problems in access to the resources. Strengthen these older people including men and women through training a keep their track record to assist them in different situation where they feel difficulties in social life like access to treatment, Resources and social justice.Coordination and submission of monthly event planner. Documentation the progress report on monthly and quarterly basis to field office as well as to the WHO Head quarter. Documentation of Project Reports, meeting minutes, Training reports, video clips, MPR along with MOVS and upload on GMIS as per donor requirement. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor. 

URDO under FAFEN funding implemented this project which was aiming to observe the general election 2018, throughout the country, to identify gaps, unfair means and grey areas, where the prescribed rules of election commission of Pakistan not follow.

Collecting camp level data of children age wise for establishment of Schools (Primary, High schools both for Male & Females) with in camp for IDPS of Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber Agencies.
Constituted PTCs at 10 schools and provided training them on their role and responsibilities.
Provide on job support to the teachers to utilize the new methodologies and approaches in effective way in the class rooms.
Develop training modules for teachers on lesson planning, healing class room, child friendly spaces, and psychosocial support to traumatised children, conflict resolution and communication. Observe teachers’ performance and organizing refresher trainings where necessary.
Besides coordination with education officials and Line Agencies, participated in field, provincial and national level coordination meeting for collective response to emergency. Facilitated external & internal visitors in the camp.
Generated monthly, quarterly and annual reports for IRC, presented to donors and IRC management besides generating case studies, its follow up and presenting at various forums.
Conduct surveys in KPK (Nowshera, Peshawar Camps) and Interior Sindh (Larkana, Qambar shahdad kot and Sakhar) to identify the educational need after floods and presnt analytical reports to the management.
