Responsibilities -(Interior Fit-Out Designer)

Develop AutoCAD drawing.
Modifying cad drawings ready to import in 3ds Max.
Modeling architectural models.
Preparing & applying materials on 3d models.
Making camera ready for rendering & walkthrough cameras.
Modify v ray plug in suitable for rendering.
Editing render elements in Photoshop for stills
Preparing project elevation in 3Ds Max.
Preparing Interior Views in 3Ds Max.
Marking sites as per the drawings & explain the drawings to labors.
Prepared Furniture layout or General layout for new project.
Attend the meeting with client about project discussion.
Provide Detail / Changes / Variation to the Contractor about Project.
Check Back of Site work according to the drawings.
Site Visit for checking work status according to drawings.
Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up.
Prepared Architectural drawings and Section Elevation detail.
Following rules and regulation of Landlord during drawings submission
Able to Read & Draw All Kind of Drawings

- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
