Maintain and troubleshoot Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) all modules.
Requirements gathering from departments of HMIS development.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Perform jobs and tasks assign by HOD. Liaise with other departments and ensuring timely MIS support.
Maintain and check complaint logs on daily basis. Ensure Sops compliance fully.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Troubleshooting system problem and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and user accounts.
Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Assist in the use of computer hardware and software.
