Use portable 3D Laser Scanners for reverse engineering, metrology, quality control & inspection of mechanical parts and large-scale AEC structures for 3D Documentation and Architectural/Heritage Preservation.Use Portable CMM to control part dimensions, diagnose and prevent manufacturing and assembly issues, oversee the quality of assembled products.Create 3D CAD Models of custom mechanical parts and assemblies in PTC Creo. Prepare dimensional and assembly drawings and convert 3D CAD models into operational parts/assemblies by utilizing Direct Digital Manufacturing Technologies.Working with customers to solve application issues, pre-sales and post-sales initiative which involve installation, commissioning, training and customized solutions of equipment.Provide application specific assistance including product demonstrations and support to customers throughout the lead generation/early sales process.Identify the needs of the clients and providing the solution that best fits their needs to progress towards the processes of purchasing, integrating and using equipment/software.Respond appropriately field technical support/assistance inquiries.Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of equipment installed at customer premises.
