• Manage Annual performance appraisals that include attending appraisal meeting of all employees, setting annual employee objectives, Grades, Training Need Analysis and recommend salary increases/promotions as per the annual performance evaluation
• Handle all Employee related queries and concerns and take necessary action when needed
• Work annually on salary benchmarks based on professional benchmarking reports which include job coding, referencing and salary
• Manage the training of all employees by establishing contacts with training institutes and planning trainings for employees as per the annual recommendation of the annual performance evaluations
• Handle recruitment services through a number of channels ranging from external agencies in key countries; to placing job ads, contacting universities & organizing career fairs
• Write and update employee manual covering issues including joining procedures, code of conduct, Employee benefits, Policy development & documentation and other significant employee aspects
• Manage and prepare the monthly KPIS (Key Performance Indicators) for the HR department
