After completing my A-levels, I started my career as a data entry operator. It was a bit difficult to manage studies and work together. With hard work and dedication soon i got promoted as a team leader/manager. Working at this position polished many of my skills such as time management, decision making, teamwork, planning, controlling, leading, etc.
With same dedication and full motivation later i stepped into the real estate industry. This industry was new to me and i was not familiar with all the norms. Just in an effort to experience, learn, and to do some thing productive, it required commitment, patience, hard-work, and strong network. It also taught me how to improve relations with customers, and increase customer satisfaction.
Serving as a Customer Support Executive. The major task includes resolving the issue of customers, customer retention, generate sales through inbound, outbound calls, and emails.
Basic job requirement was to interact with walk in customers. Provide them with services such as consultancy, advice, finding a right home for them.
Served as an accounting officer. Major job responsibilities include recording and completing all bank transactions and report accordingly.
I worked as a Sale Representative. Major job resposibilities included, generating sale by mantaining current customers and by bringing in new customers. Managing, tracking and ensuring that orders are dispatched on time.
