Following are the key responsibilities;
- Implemented stage-wise visibility system to monitor production progress in Body Manufacturing Plant.
- Establishing strong communication and coordination with Marketing Division for transforming customer requirements to final product.
- Close coordination with Supply Chain Division for production management.
- Preparation of Production schedule, keeping in view of the overall production cost, productivity and optimum resource utilization.
- Establishing Production Control though effective monitoring, strong follow-ups, tracking of production activities as per Production plan with appropriate lead time.
- Ensuring on-time delivery to final customer.
- Facilitating decision making process by arranging cross-functional management meetings to ensure coordinated efforts to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Analysis of production data, identifying gaps and bottle-necks, implementing necessary counter-measures for ensuring smooth production flow.

The Strategic Planning Department will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

4. Responsible for Industrial visits regarding improvement of Quality at Vendors premises.
5. Feasibility & cost estimations of parts & projects.
6. Job Planning, allocation & monitoring.
7. Vendor monitoring for 5S, Kaizen & Technical improvements.
8. Locally Development of Parts as per Set Targets.
9. Identifying the critical materials and services required to support company strategies in key performance areas, particularly during new product development.
10. Provide Technical Assistance to vendors for timely completion of targets.
11. Prepare BOM (Bill of Material).
12. PCR Preparation.
13. Leading the Project Planning, Development activity and Procuring Parts for smooth production.
14. Cost Reduction/Kaizen activities to be conducted regularly with the local suppliers.
15. Negotiating pricing with Local Suppliers for components.
16. Conducting the Sourcing activity for individual components
17. Good Issue for (Asset, Raw Material and Consumable).
18. Analyze reports, measurements and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
19. Deliver continuous improvement in supplier delivery, quality and cost.
20. Schedule material demands and work order completion dates in system to support production schedule.

12. Ensure product compliance with required standards.
13. CAD drawing for part.
14. Manage the Development of New Tooling and their Quality Issues.
15. Responsible for insuring quality via In-house production.
16. To design Jigs & Fixtures for Production & Newly Developed Parts.
17. Supervise all types of Audits i.e. QMS, OHSAS, Physical Stock count etc.
18. Preparation of Departmental Objectives.
19. Identify, eliminate, reduce, isolate and control job/work-place safety hazards concerning company’s manpower, property and equipment’s.
20. Provide Technical Assistance to Production Department on Production Line.
21. Also have a strong command over Costing Issues of respective products
