Counting, verifying the stock levels, orders of products & supplies.
Working knowledge of word processor, database, spreadsheet software, receiving & distribution of supplies.
Manage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the EHR system.
Manage and organize all inventory related documentation
Plans employee shifts and work schedules.
Provides feedback on employee work performance.
Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
Supervises processes and ensure smooth operations
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business, transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, expense vouchers and receipts
Inventory reconciliation and assist in RMA, tracking and receiving.
Create packing lists and invoice customers as needed.
Generate format professional, organized, accurate reports using Excel & other tools.
