Responsible for assisting in all stages of the recruitment cycle, from responding to enquiries, arranging interviews, completing job offer paperwork and supporting successful staff induction.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial screening of applications including short listing, telephone screening, initial interviews, reference checking, and pre- employment medicals.
• Present reports to Deputy Director on short listed applicants.
• Arrange interview panels, including venues, times and panel membership, and contacting applicants to advise interview times.
• Assist with preparation of interview and selection tools.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of pre- employment skills testing. Handling staff enquiries on a daily basis.
• Writing individual non-standard letters and emails to employees.
• Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee's paper file.
• Ensuring that all company HR processes and procedures are properly followed. Assist with the maintenance of applicant database.
• Assisting HR operations and report to HR Associate.
• Working on employees personal files.
