I have 35 years experiences in flexible printing /packaging industries like (Flexographic, Rotogravure Printing, Converting and Packaging including wide and narrow web printing on many substrates including Paper from tissue paper to heavy bond stock. Films include PET, OPP, and LLDPE, PVC, Various type of barrier film using solvent, water and solvent based ink systems. Lamination including Solvent less, Water and Solvent Based, heat seal lamination. Finishing includes many types of Bag, Pouches and Slitting applications.

·   Many years of experience with leadership role at plant level for all-rounded operations management with main focus on operational excellence.

·   Hands on leader capable performing in a blended role as both plant position and technical operative.

·   Expertise in the converting technology & processes specific to Flexographic, Rotogravure printing, Adhesive/ Extrusion Lamination, Slitting, and Multilayer co- extrusion blown films / Bags / Pouches.

·   Collaborating skills in driving customer centricity, manufacturing excellence, quality system & audits, inventory management, cost optimization and compliances.

·   Experience in execution of capacity enhancement, technology up gradation, quality lab capability and technical innovations.

·   Scientific understanding & handling of thin films such as PET, BOPP Papers, Inks, Adhesive /Coating, PE  etc. and their application in manufacturing of flexible packaging materials. 

·   Packing line operations and related trouble shooting of packaging equipment such as ‘Form Fill Seal Equipment’

Technical understanding of packaging requirements specific to PE blown films and flexible packaging materials.
