Ensure H&S policies and PPEs and being followed through routine on floor visits.
Take action to ensure H&S compliance at factory.
Take actions to reduce near miss, incidents and accidents in factory.
Take feedback from workers on H&S issues and communicate to Team Leader H&S.
Reports any nonconformity with respect to OHSAS 18001 to Team Leader H&S.
Assist Team Leader H&S Department in the execution of daily activities and preparation of relevant reports.
Contribute towards making the plant a safe place to work for everyone by reporting accidents, near-misses and unsafe acts to the concerned

Make Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Record Keeping Of HSE Documents and Violations
Arrange Monthly HSE meetings with Supervisors and contractors
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety
and environmental issues.
Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular
HSE audits in the areas.
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Provide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives
Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as
client requirements
Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onshore
training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and
prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management
Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested
Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees.
Ensure all work sites are HSE compliance with Company policies and safety standards.
