Fostering rural development initiatives in the most neglected and remote areas of northern Pakistan, Gilgit Baltistan. Facilitating the remote communities to mobilize resources, organize communities, devising plans for the development, develop social infrastructure, identify and potential interventions for the development of community and manage data base of the organizations in the region.
„  Mobilized and organized remote communities and established community based organizations Indigenous community based organizations (ICBOs) at mohallah level, Indigenous village organizations (IVOs) and Indigenous vally organizations across the region. 
„  Maintain data base of the social infrastructure of the community and liaison community with relevant stakeholders for the development related interventions.
„  Close coordination with government and relevant stakeholders to plan and implement strategies concerning with community development. 

Uphold emergency operation center and produce tasks and reports of project activities by the management. Facilitate emergency management team in planning and directing complex operations and managing financial records. Assume and maintain full accountability for creating and maintaining database of the disaster management committees and volunteers in project area. Deliver robust support to high performing teams in assessing emergency situations, community coordination, mobilization, and stakeholder needs for the ownership of all relevant stakeholders.
·          Actively liaised with stakeholders and communities to develop union council and village disaster risk management committees and plans in community based disaster risk management.

Rendered keen eye for details to hire, train, and manage volunteers and create well organized volunteer corps and PRCS activities in disasters and peace time. Generated, retained, and presented proposals, concept papers, and monthly, quarterly and special progress reports according to the donor requirement. Examined and streamlined important program activities in all districts of the Gilgit-Baltistan while offering advocacy services at provincial level. Presented strategic direction, trainings, and awareness on community based health development program, youth and volunteer development, disaster risk reduction/management, health & care, and first aid promotion of international humanitarian law in the region. Prepared and upheld volunteer database and contingency plans for emergencies as well as carried out duties during emergencies and disasters, including assessment, relief/response, mitigation, and preparedness. Offered robust technical assistance to district offices, PRCS, and disaster management cells in the province.
·          Steered stakeholder meetings to develop programs at the local/regional level and organize youth camps and workshops for youth and volunteer, campaigns and celebrate international days.
·          Achieved desired results by preparing and implementing school based safety disaster risk reduction program in schools and colleges in the Gilgit Baltistan.
·          Played an integral role in managing and educating youth/Junior clubs in schools, colleges, and communities in first aid and disaster management to cope up with disasters/emergencies.

Designed and developed annul plans of action and corresponding budget while analyzing and overseeing project activities as per the need and requirement. Created quarterly/monthly reports while handling human, materials, and financial resources at UC, community, and district level. Helped field officers in implementing activities in the target communities via close collaboration with relevant government and NGOs at UC and District level
