● Office Management, Payroll & HR function
● Issuance of Appointment Orders/Contract Agreements to new employees and preparing their employee paperwork and onboarding.
● Maintaining and updating employee documentation & degrees (hard/soft).
● Process and maintain all educational and personal documents of Employee.
● Preparation of documents with the Business Development department for RFP/TOR. Commissioning staff CVs, Project Data Sheets, List of Projects, Company profiles, and Company certificates. Preparing project proposals, RFP and Tender response documentation.
● Maintaining attendance records through Finger Print Machine and Attendance register by calculating monthly hours of employees in the monthly timesheet for each month for the monthly salary of Employees.
● Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering and direct telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
● Maintaining Incoming/Outgoing correspondence in master files, sorting and distributing incoming paperwork and dispatching outgoing correspondence.
● Purchasing and Maintenance of all office computers, stationery, and office equipment.
● Purchasing/maintaining vehicles owned by the firm and direct driver’s duty.
● Provide general support to visitors and guests.
