 I respond all the queries which are given to me by Email or phone call and resolve it in priority basis

 Responsibility for New shop preparation in which all IT equipment include like Laptop, Attendance machine, internet installation, camera installation and landline installation is done on time.
 Working on GSuit and handle all company employees and Branch employees emails.

 Working on Cisco switch for managing Regional office Employees.
 Working on wired network and access internet to all the systems.
 Working on Wireless network in which is deployed in Regional Office
 In meeting Room wireless connectivity provide the users and also installed projector so they present their presentation.
 I get all IT Equipment quotation which is used in New Branch of TaanaBaana and approved By MD.
 I work remotely for solving all Regional Office and all TaanaBaana branches queries.  Responsible for keeping server up 24/7 365 Days with no down time.
