I am a qualified associate public accountant working in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Monitoring & Evaluation and Financial Management since 2008. I started my career in 2008 after doing my Bachelors in Commerce through joining an audit firm in Karachi. I was appointed as an audit trainee and gradually promoted to Audit Senior and Audit Supervisor respectively. During my professional career I have undertaken different responsibilities as per skills I was acquiring accordingly.


Currently I am working as Manager Management Information Systme (MIS) in Python Leads (Pvt) Ltd one of the leading BPO Industry in Pakistan. The company consists of 300+ employees working on different projects and my primary responsibility is to develop management information system of the company. Beside this I have worked in NGO sector for a period of 5 years and handled projects funded by UNO, USAID and Global Fund.

              a)         Financial Duties:
·         Processes expense & travel claims of the field unit staff
·         Process payments and prepares payment, receipt, advance adjustment, maintains proper filing system for kinds of vouchers and other financial correspondence
·         Maintains petty cash and keep its proper record at field unit level
·         Post all transactions in accounting software, if required

Administrative Duties:
·         Establish and maintain proper filing system of all the administrative functions
·         Prepares duty roster for the drivers
·         Prepares staff leave record and time sheet summaries and maintain proper files of the same
·         Process purchase requisition for the office supplies/stationery/kitchen supplies, issue as required and keep record.
·         Prepare timely work orders for office premises/equipment/vehicle maintenance / repair etc.
·         Assist in preparing the vehicle maintenance report, the inventory status report and in the regular physical verification of the inventory
·         Manage the store and office materials through support staff
·         Support in submitting the health insurance claims of staff to the HR unit
·         Prepares itineraries and makes travel arrangements for official staff travel
·         Word processes letters, memos, reports and other official documents as required
Travel and Transportation:
·         Oversees the SDO vehicles at the Field Unit, including daily assignment of vehicles and their proper maintenance and smooth functioning
General Management:
·         Follows SDO administrative policies and procedures - implements accordingly and ensured orientation to other Field Unit staff relevant portion;
·         Ensures smooth functioning of the Field Units / Main office during the working office timings in the absence of other project staff and responds to public enquiries regarding the SDO functions;
