I am working in Tristar Polyester as a Marketing Manager for one of their business where I look after all the marketing activities and campaigns.

I am currently working with one reputable and well established women apparel brand. My core duties include handling the customers who approach via digital and social channels also handling social media presence. Also co-ordinating with the whole team to ensure prompt delivery of orders and providing the best possible experience to the customers. 

I worked with TCS as a freelancer (Service Ambassador) where I gave 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Main tasks were to resolve customer's queries by keeping a follow-up of on going complaints and provide relative solutions and information to the asked queries amd registered complaints. Also to provide all the necessary information regarding TCS' services and offeings. Maintaining healthy relationships with customers. Co-ordinating with the team to provide best experience possible to the customers. 

I worked as a freelancer content writer where I completed many assignments and projects related to academics specifically within the given deadlines.

I worked as an internee in HR Department and was specifically assigned to the project related to reviewing records of the employees and data digitalization.
