Working as an Account Officer. Perform different activities regarding accounts as well administration for the company.
Includes;
Maintain daily cash register i.e, cash inflows and cash outflows.
Maintain daily expenses i.e, in offices expenses, fuel expenses, vehicle expenses.
Make and maintain invoices and vouchers.
Maintain Bank record i.e, deposits, online, withdrawal etc.
Make payment to employees.
follow up with customers.
Make bills for the factories and received cash accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Handling all accounts
Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Record all daily transactions in daybook and post to concern ledger.
Maintain daily attendance payroll sheet and prepare the salary sheet.
Maintain debtor and creditor ledger and update the party wise balances.
Make invoices and cash vouchers.
Manage petty cash and disburse daily bases expenditures.
Maintain daily cash register.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Prepare stock report i.e. stock-in and stock-out.
Bank reconciliation statement.
