- Prepared and maintained daily online received orders report.
- Customer via email, chat and phone with professional skills and timely follow ups.
- Cooperating with internal teams to effectively address customer questions and orders.
- Learn and maintain correct customer records within the internal CRM and support system.
- Co -operation in improving customer service processes and auxiliary documents.
- Follow the company's protocol and excellent methods to ensure the delivery of high quality services.
- Arranged and alignment confirmed product orders from the Warehouse.
- Checked & verified product code according to the orders.
- Prepared & maintained production plan sheet and follow up cut to pack process.
- Prepared confirmed orders CN’s in portal platform (e.g., Call Courier, Leopards & PostEx).
- Generated & maintained dispatched & received load sheets.
- Track customer orders and coordinate with courier service returned and replacement orders.
- Maintained cash payment receipts sheet through courier service.
- Updated Shopify orders fulfillment, cancelled and refundable.
- Prepared and maintained record contract employee’s daily wages sheet, Overtime, Late night dinner allowance and Fuel allowance sheet and Other company important documents.
- Website implemented and uploaded data and images e.g., Shopify, LAAM and Unity Retail.
- Arranged setup Expo booth stall.
- Inventory data uploaded in ERP software e.g, Design Master File, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Gate Inward, Goods Received Notes, Purchase Return and Purchase Bills, Supplier Master File, Production Card, Received Finish Goods and Transfer Finish Stock (W.H).
