Manage accounting and financial operations with oversight for financial reporting, account records and accounting controls.Oversee execution of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and independent audits.Ensure financial statements comply with internal policy and external regulations while adhering to contractual obligations.Analyze financial statements, conduct cost/benefit analysis and identify areas of weakness.Report directly to Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors to present financial analysis results and develop strategic financial plans.Develop and monitor financial department policies and procedures.Direct all corporate departmental purchasing functions including strategic planning, project deployment and auditing.Manage senior level projects related to finance, budgeting, account management, benefits and grant administrationManagement of all tasks in relation with the local, state and federal income tax, excise duty, property and transaction taxes.Preparation of all tax accruals and reconciliation of tax return balance sheets.Analyzing the payroll tax returns of all employees and making the necessary changes.Study the tax effects on the transactions and offer that department advice in the investment and diversification plans or establishment of subsidiaries.Facilitating the implementation of tax law changes in the policies and procedures.Assisting Human Resources in the allocation of the additional perks and benefits of the employees.Evaluation of the financial position and status of the company and to attend audit meetings.
