Over 15 years extensive experience with consultancy firm, worked on different positions in a different duration of time. The key experience during the different period is as under:
• Worked as Internee for over 1 year in the company from Nov 1999 to Dec 2000
• Worked as Administration officer for 5 years from Jan 2001 to Dec 2005
• Further, worked as Associate coordinator for 5 years on different assignments from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010
• After completing my master’s degree, I worked as project coordinator in the same company for 11 years and carried out several projects independently and under the team leader from Jan 2011 to Dec 2020
• I was promoted to Senior Consultant position after getting my MPhil degree in Project Management and have more than 4 years extensive experience on consultancy assignments including different magnitude of projects from Jan 2021 until Aug 2024
During last 15 years, I was responsible for the administration of the company at the initial period and then promoted to the project department and involved in the preparation of various assignments for national and international clients including HEC, Ministry of Climate Change, Government of Pakistan, Planning Commission, UNIDO, UNEP & GIZ.
These projects include HPMPs & KIPs for various countries including Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, Mexico, Armenia, South Africa, Syria, Libya, Qatar, Kuwait, Mangolia, Nigeria, Somalia, Argentia etc., Also worked as a team member for the preparation of Country Assessment Report and Legal Document for the Kigali Amendment for various countries including Pakistan. Caried out number of awareness and consultative workshops on number of projects undertaken by the firm.
These projects are mainly related to the manufacturing industries in Pakistan as well as out-side Pakistan including Refrigeration and Air conditioning industries, PU sandwich panel industries, XPS foam manufacturing Industries etc. While carrying out these projects, my key responsibilities are as under:
• Preparation of Project Plan including their activities
• Preparation of action plans of proposed activities
• Preparation of cost estimate against each activity
• Coordinate with other agencies/ stakeholders involved in the assignment
• Provide assistance in acquiring regulatory and compliance requirements/ certifications
• Monitoring progress and reporting of the assignment
• Engagement of key stakeholders during the implementation
• Identification of risks and their mitigation
• Maintain Project documentation
• Issuance of Project Completion Report
