Job Description:
Build & maintain business relationships with the dealer community & distributors and enhance the Toyota brand image in the market place.
Ensure that the vehicles display in showroom will catch customer’s attention & all vehicles are displayed with price tag. Develop strong relationships with customers & ensure to provide maximum level of customer satisfaction and understand their needs & sell assigned vehicles at prefixed selling price by using effective sales techniques.
Major functions are:
• Lead the Floor Sales team to manage all operations of sales and ensure achievement of targets by managing & coaching the sales staff and conduct performance reviews for the sales team.
• All logistics matters including record of vehicles received from Indus and sales out from Central, their inventory record maintenance are the core responsibilities of Manager.
• Ensure resolution of customer complains & queries and ensure discipline of sales process and data capture.
• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features by giving test drives, comparing and contrasting with competitive models.
• Communicate effectively with customers about various features and benefits of vehicles and correlate it with requirement of customer.
• Ensure policies are implemented & department goals and objectives are communicated to the sales team
Led entire Sales division as a sales Manager and manage two sales officers, two reservation agents in the call center, directing and focusing the sales team to an agreed plan and activity and develop sales plans, innovate sales strategies, maintain relations with corporate clients, Business partners, travel agencies, and co-ordinate with other departments within the company.
Major functions are:
• Qualify and secure new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
• Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
