Receives material related to the activity from the central office and forwards it to the concerned FSO.
Photographs related to the activity are required to be sent to the Regional and Head Office.
Send the Summary report of all Study Centers to Central Office and Regional Office.
Ensures the dispatchment of billing of all expenses incurred in the Study Center to the Regional and Head Office.
Children's record and video case study etc., forward to Regional Coordinator as needed.
It helps in implementing the projects received by the NGO &ING0 and sending its report to the Regional and Head office.
Maintains contact with the Study Center related Tutor / Tutor (Male/Female) and also selects new and suitable persons in this regard.

Delivers the children's literary and educational magazines to children and Meri Baji and involves their guardians in their activities.
Speaks after consultation with Mary Baji's Women's Wing and Al-Khidmat District Officer.

Work under the guidance and supervision of Project Manager, Technical Training Specialist /Project Coordinator.
Prepare the detailed plan for implementation of Organic Cotton Standard System (by Control Union) for the Producer Unit.
Capacity building of Field Facilitators for implementation of Organic Cotton Standard System (OCSS) at farm/Learning Group level.
Ensure the achievement of KPIs settled for Producer Unit in terms of number of farmers, cotton acreage and tonnage of seed cotton production with the help of Field Facilitators.
Field visits/meetings with farmers for monitoring, verification, capacity building and backstopping.
Ensure the necessary documentation and trainings record maintenance at Farm and Producer Unit level.
Develop the cotton farmers guidance material for Organic Cotton production.
Prepare and submit activity reports to line manager.
Prepare and compile the technical reports of registered cotton growers to study impact of the activities.
Facilitate and support the Gender cum Communication Expert, Social Mobilizer, Women Village Trainers and Field Facilitators to conduct cotton picking and decent work trainings training female farm workers of Producer Unit.
Conduct the self-assessment for Producer Unit.
Facilitate the shadow Self-Assessment, Credibility check by IP & CU, 3rd party verifications process.
Collection of seed cotton data (available and sold) and sharing with Control Union.
Preparation, verification and submission of Result Indicator Report (RIR) for farmers.
Organize and conduct meetings, workshops, seminars, visits, and briefings.
Any other assignments required for satisfactory completion of the key role requirements.

Conducting Baseline survey to assess basic indicators of productivity such as, inputs use, technology status, farm and off-farm income, assets holding etc.
Providing extension services to the community and farmers for better crop productivity.
Visit farmers (other than contact farmers) and will inform them regarding government interventions for the farmers and farming community.
Providing on farm technical assistance in land preparation, crop management, harvesting and post harvesting management, finally linking farmers to the buyer.
Regular face to face interaction and inspection of crops during the crop cycles.
