Responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials.
Carries out supervision, coaching, call monitoring, training, reviewing and disciplining
of all agents. Attends, follows up & resolves customer complaints .performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation of all agents to improve efficiency.
Ensure that team members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job. Compiles and maintains lists of key and on-call
Schedules & personnel, and ensures all lists are available to agents for use as required. Prepares and directs scheduling, monitors agents’ attendance, schedules shifts & breaks as necessary.
To ensure that each member of the team is motivated and fully trained by creating a sales and
service framework to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, accountability and

Keep a constant vigil on the strategies of the competition and recommend various changes in the

Quick resolution of discrepant cases with the coordination of NAS deptt.
Daily review of decline cases and take up the wrongly decline cases to NAS deptt.
