I am a mid-level professional female. I have up to 5.5 years of wide experience. I have worked in a variety of organizations in different capacities.Currently I am working as District Coordinator in Sungi Development Foundation. I served as School Support associate at Pakistan Reading project-IRC. I worked as Program Officer at IDEA (a national organisation), responsible for compilation of data from the field, generating reports and enhancing communication etc. Previously, I worked with Medecins Du Monde-France as HR Officer. In that capacity, I had to look after the HR section of the organisation. I also worked as Executive Assistant at International Medical Corps for eight months. Prior to that, I worked as a Researcher with Pakistan Institute for Peace Studies for two months.
•Complete adherence of Sungi DF’s vision, mission, strategic objectives and policies at all levels, and suggest/recommend changes for efficient and effective system development;
•Develop, plan, direct/implement, and manage all the project functions and linkages/Networking as per project needs;
•Prepare annual plan and budget within agreed program limits;
•Conduct research and assessments around communities issues and prepare action plans advocacy initiatives at district, provincial and national level;
•Advocate community issues by organizing suitable tools e.g. seminars, press conferences, dialogues, political forums for effective policy and legal framework formulation and implementation to promote people’s friendly institutional and legal arrangement to protect vulnerable groups especially women, minorities and other vulnerable groups.
•Identify the gaps and shortcoming and plan workshops, seminars, dialogues, discussion panels at various levels so that all aspects of an issue are examined and improvements suggested through the collected inputs and wisdom of stakeholder;

• Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
