Assist the POS clients located in the USA over the telephone call with technical issues related to the company software.
Assist new clients with their POS setups, all through online mechanism and remote controlling softwares in place.
Train new employees about the company's software and assisting them with the complete procedure linked with our client setups.
Conduct warehouse and inventory management for clients who used the premium subscription. I used to keep check and balance of stock incoming and outgoing. Conducting regular checks to ensure the inventory was maintained.
